  • Paint all edges and both sides for the first coat

  • All edges and both sides of the Shutter Core too. The parts are on waxed paper to dry... I turn them over after about 10 minutes.

  • The paint has dried. I sand smooth both faces, all edges, and every corner.

  • The Second coat only on one face and all the edges.

  • Test lay out the panels. When they are nicely spaced and all the same, take off one panel at-a-time for gluing. Two dots of glue is plenty.
