Pre-Assemble the floors following the instructions pages 9 and 16, and do temporary assembly to mark the floors as on pages 12 and 15. Assemble:
- Bay Floors
- Stairhole Glueblock
- Gable Floor

Masking off the porch is optional. An alternative to masking for the walls is to trace the floor/ceiling during assembly and sand a bare spot between the marks. The photo below shows a piece of 100 grit sandpaper folded many times to give a stiff rounded edge. Sanding a bare spot is not easier than the steps laid out in the slideshow but many builders have asked the question.
