  • The window frame parts are 1st coat-painted, sanded, and the inside edge (the one with the groove for the plexiglas) is 2nd coated.  The window is being assembled face-down on the table (a snip of tape in the corner helps hold the parts until the rubber band is on).

  • Hold the frames that are there against the table; set the Middle Frame onto the plexi and slide it into place

  • The 2nd plexi takes some fiddling - with the center trim missing from in front of the Middle Frame, the grooves don't line up easily

  • Another Side Frame

  • The last frame.  I tip this molding to capture the edge of the panes, then rotate it into position

  • Tighten up the edges

  • Push the Middle Frame down, set the Center Trim into the corner groove

  • Adjust the position of the Middle Frame - adjust the Center Trim to be centered on the Middle Frame
