JM22 Customizing

Q

How would the Bay fit on a Victorian Painted Lady?
  Foundation height 1¾
  Base Floor Thickness ⅜
  Wall width at least 10¾"
  Wall height at least 10"
  Wall overhangs Foundation ¼

A

The JM4600 Base Floor is ⅜” thick and the Bay’s Base Floor is ¼” thick: the Bay’s Floor would need ⅛” added so the thicknesses will match.  I would cut and fit ⅛” to the bottom of the Bay’s Floor with the ⅛” material around the outer perimeter so the top of the Bay's floor will match the top of the house's floor.

Q How would the Bay fit on a Keeper's House JM122?
  Foundation height 1¾
  Base Floor Thickness ¼
  Wall width at least 10¾"
  Wall height at least 10"
  Wall overhangs Foundation ¼
A The JM122 does not have a Foundation, so the JM22 Bay's Foundation will not be used. This will require extra-thick glue between the Bay's Walls and the Base Floor (they normally each glue to the Foundation but not to each other). Everything else will work as expected.
